Union Summer League registration is underway
This psalm gives us a picture of a Christian pilgrim with a deep longing for God finding the greatest blessedness in his journey being the worship of the Lord. Through peaks and valleys, joy and tears, he elevates his relationship to God, his being close to the living God, as truly what life is.
I hope everyone had a very blessed Christmas holiday and was able to able to visit with friends and loved ones! I apologize for being absent the past couple of weeks, but the flu had finally caught me and had me down. My prayers go out to everyone dealing with the flu and strep during this time because I know it is some terrible stuff!

It’s the time of year when most of us will make New Year’s resolutions. It’s taken me many years to figure out why we do it, but I think I’ve got a bead on it now. I think the main reason is because there is always a person we wish we could be all of the year.

Well, it finally happened. If you are a follower of my column, you remember that the last few articles have dealt with germs and cold-like symptoms.
