Services for Ms. Winifred Horne Polk was held at noon, Saturday, Dec. 2 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Mount Zion Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Tod Thompson officiated.
Visitation was held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Milling Funeral Home of Union.
Ms. Polk, 93, of Franklin, Tenn., formally of Union, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at Southern Care Assisted Living Franklin, Tenn.
Survivors include three children, Murray Wilson Jr. of Byram, Kim Williams and her husband, Rodney, of Franklin, Tenn., and Tanya Williams Tullos and her husband, Jeff of Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Christy Germany and her husband, Josh, Brian Wilson, April Williamson and her husband, Colton, Blake Williams and Peyton Williams; nine great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Hayward Anderson.
Ms. Polk was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Polk; a daughter, Pamela Williams; a daughter-in-law, Helen Wilson; a grandson, Austin Williams; and a sister, Carolyn Anderson.
Pallbearers were Rodney Williams, Blake Williams, Josh Germany, Jeff Tullos, Tim Anderson and Jack Madison
Milling Funeral Home of Union was in charge of the arrangements.
